“In the Ribbons” – Sequel HF (Sinatra Song - EM Regal Dona/Rubino Bellissimo)


The 2009 black Hanoverian gelding Sequel HF (Sinatra Song-EM Regal Dona/Rubino Bellissimo), owned by Rimma Paul and bred by Julie Ballard Haralson, was named the 2011 Rocky Mountains Dressage Society (RMDS) DSHB Horse of the Year (Yearlings/Two-Year-Old Fillies and Colts division) with a score of 77.7%. Sequel HF was also awarded USDF DSHB 2011 Horse Of The Year Reserve Champion (Two-Year-Old Colts/Geldings) and AHS DHSB 2011 Reserve Champion (Two- and Three-Year-Old Colts/Geldings division).

Bonbini (Oscar x Vincent)
won her regional qualifier for the 2010 Pavo Cup with a 78% under the tutelage of Christa Laarakkers.  Dressuurstal Laarakkers bred Bonbini and she remains there for training. Christa and Ovation (Cabochon x Apollonios) qualified as Reserve rider for the WEG Dutch Dressage team, competed in the 2010Pavo Cup, the Young Horse Championships in Verden and is also training and riding in the WEG opening ceremony. Whew!
